Co-Engineering was born from co-operation and takes its name from it. After all, the company’s business model is based on close design co-operation with the client. Its services include the design of industrial electrical automation, and engineering and mechanical design, especially for green energy and various other industries. Co-Engineering has grown into a group with ever broader shoulders to serve its clients.

“We recently acquired the engineering company Anteplan Oy. As a Group, we are now able to offer even stronger mechanical design and broader service packages”, says CEO Sami Kivioja.

The Group also includes Co-Engineering Nordic, a company serving the Swedish market.

Collaboration with a client often starts with their decision to invest in a project, continues with preliminary design and proceeds to production planning and finally to the commissioning and the maintenance contract. The partnership and co-operation continue in the long term, with help and advice offered even after a project has ended. Co-Engineering wants to be an expert in the green sector and plans to conquer an even bigger share of the Nordic market. Environmental responsibility has become a major driving theme for the Group.

“Our impressive references are the best indicator of our excellence and know-how”, says Sami Kivioja.

“We are involved in various developments in the energy sector, for example in the planning of renewable energy plants. Together with our clients, we produce green energy kilowatts with wind, hydro and solar power”, says Kivioja.

Perhaps Co-Engineering’s long-term partnerships are one of the secrets behind its success and the reason why it continues to win new clients in this highly competitive industry?

“Our impressive references are the best indicator of our excellence and know-how. Our sales are effectively channelled through word of mouth. We are seen as a highly competent and reliable partner in the industry”, says Kivioja.

In an expert company, good, skilled employees are the number one guarantee for business. Kivioja is delighted about the fact that Co-Engineering’s staff have given their employer an excellent rating.

“We have been awarded the Future Workplaces 2022 certificate for this. It says a lot, because you can’t buy a good working atmosphere.”
